In Mexico leek Verstappen de tweede pole position van zijn carrière te pakken, maar die werd later afgepakt door de FIA. In Brazilië kan hij echter wel feestvieren na een indrukwekkende kwalificatie. En het internet vierde dat feestje met hem mee.

Ondertussen hangt Sebastian Vettel weer de grapjas uit. De Duitser zag na de pole position van Verstappen de perfecte kans om de bal terug te kaatsen na de beschuldigen van de Nederlander aan het adres van Ferrari twee weken geleden.
