Dinsdag 2 maart was de dag dat zowel Mercedes als Alpine hun nieuwe wagen voor 2021 presenteerde. Daarbij ga je er van tevoren eigenlijk vanuit dat de meeste aandacht naar Mercedes uit zal gaan, maar de A521 stal aan het eind van de middag toch een beetje de show. De meeste fans roepen Alpine dan ook als winnaar van de dag uit.
