Am I the only one who feel Russell should get a penalty for that? Surely you can't just stamp on your brakes to have someone overtake you under the safety car? I swear if it was Max it would've been under investigation now...

This is objectively false. George Russell DID brake erratically, deliberately to force a penalty against Max Verstappen George Russell and his unsportsmanlike conduct deserve to be penalised. This is absolutely pathetic from the stewards.
