Roger Penske tells me @IMS is *NOT* in current talks to be host of a 2nd U.S. F1 race in 2021 "We're not in any position at the moment... we're always talking, but the economics would have to work on both sides to make it happen and we're not in any discussion."
COTA Chairman Bobby Epstein tells @JimVertuno of AP a 2nd race in the U.S. or at COTA is "paddock rumors at this point" without elaborating.
Penske noted he talks often with Stefano Domenicali, but "they needed to get the Miami thing done. We're interested but don't have any plans right now."
