'That almost drove the Red Bull Racing team apart'

Sebastian Vettel, as one of the veterans of the sport, was beaten quite comfortably last year by his young teammate Charles Leclerc. Ten years earlier, however, he did exactly the same with another experienced driver.

Mark Webber was seen as the man to take the team to the next level with David Coulthard. However, when Coulthard retired, he was replaced by Sebastian Vettel, a driver from Red Bull's own training programme. The speed of the German and his position in the team led to tensions in 2010. Both on and off the track.

"Absolutely not, not a chance," said Webber on Channel 4 when asked the question of whether the two of them got along well with each other. "We often did not act professionally. In a professional way, I also lost a lot of trust in him. We now get on well with each other and exchange messages, so we let it go."
