Nicole Mulder is Managing Editor and Formula 1 Journalist at GPblog. Holding a permanent FIA media accreditation and backed by years of experience within the international Formula 1 media landscape, she plays a key role in shaping GPblog’s editorial direction and overseeing the daily operations of the newsroom.
Nicole has followed Formula 1 closely since the late 1990s. In 2020, she turned that lifelong passion into a profession when she joined GPblog. She was promoted to Managing Editor in early 2023. In this role, she is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, quality, and reliability of GPblog’s coverage, while also contributing to the website’s SEO strategy and day-to-day editorial coordination.
Representing GPblog, Nicole has attended numerous international Formula 1 events, including the Australian, Miami, Canadian and Las Vegas Grands Prix, Formula 1 pre-season testing in Bahrain, and the Red Bull Ford launch event in Detroit. Working regularly from the Formula 1 paddock, she conducts interviews and media sessions with drivers, team principals, and other leading figures within motorsport.
Over the years, Nicole has interviewed prominent names from across the motorsport industry, including Formula 1 World Champion Mario Andretti, Racing Bulls Team Principal Alan Permane, former Haas Team Principal Guenther Steiner, former F1 driver Pedro de La Rosa and MotoGP Chief Sporting Officer Carlos Ezpeleta.
Her work focuses on breaking news, exclusive interviews, analysis, and in-depth features covering Formula 1 and international motorsport. Particular areas of expertise include paddock developments, technical regulations, team dynamics, and the political landscape of Formula 1.
In addition to Formula 1, Nicole has closely followed MotoGP since 2015 and plays an active role in GPblog’s motorcycle racing coverage and editorial leadership.
Through her extensive motorsport knowledge, regular presence at international events, and leadership role within the GPblog newsroom, Nicole has established herself as a respected and experienced voice within international Formula 1 media.
