We’re currently hiring:
Freelance Editor (English Edition)
Our editorial team at GPblog has an immediate opening for a freelance editor! The number of hours you work is flexible and can be discussed, but availability on at least one day during (race) weekends is required.
What does a typical workday look like?
You’ll keep an eye on all the latest F1 news and make sure our website stays up to date. You’ll also monitor social media channels closely and think strategically about what content to create during a Grand Prix weekend.
We're looking for someone with excellent command of the English language and a solid knowledge of Formula 1. You know the difference between a C1 and a C5 compound, and you can probably list the drivers' starting numbers backwards without blinking. GPblog operates with irregular hours, so working mornings, evenings and weekends (in consultation) should not be an issue.
What we’re looking for:
- You’re passionate about Formula 1
- You’re flexible, independent, and proactive
- You’re available to work evenings and weekends
- You strive to be the fastest and spot winning content ideas
- You can handle stress and tight deadlines
- You’re experienced with Facebook, X (Twitter), and Instagram
- You’re ambitious and always eager to improve
What we offer:
- A dynamic working atmosphere with great colleagues
- Competitive freelance compensation
- Room for creativity and personal input
- An independent, exciting freelance position
