Paying over $6,000 and getting chucked out without having seen anything … what a complete and utter embarrassment. If the US didn’t have COTA, Las Vegas would ensure F1 fails in the states again

Bit of a shambles in Vegas then Can't help but feel they should have called it earlier and moved FP2 to the next day? Practice is more for attending fans than TV viewers, hope there's some refunds being dished out!

tutorial on how to plan a gp (las vegas edition) do it in a rush, care more about the side events than the actual race, have a manhole cover fail, affect the locals by opening the road for them 2 hours later than expected, kick out the fans who were actually interested in f1

ok so let me recap - loose manhole cover destroys 2 cars - fp1 cancelled after 9 minutes - fp2 delayed until 2am - fans kicked out before fp2 - driver with a destroyed car gets penalised for fixing the bits f1 broke - fp2 delayed for an extra 15 minutes with no set start time
