Lewis Hamilton has, over the years, proven to boast one of F1's most endearing characters, especially with the young drivers. The Scuderia Ferrari star has often wasted little time in extending a welcoming hand to new entrants into the ever-buzzing world of F1.

Earlier, Scuderia Ferrari team principal Fred Vasseur revealed how Lewis Hamilton's arrival has helped Charles Leclerc since his move to the Italian outfit.

The 57-year-old highlighted how the British driver helped Leclerc improve his overall approach, as well as help him release the pressure that he had largely shouldered with his stint at the Ferrari team. Vasseur also hinted at how Hamilton has overall aided the maturity of the Monegasque.

Despite the great off-track effect which Hamilton has continued to receive praises from, the former Mercedes driver has largely endured a challenging start to his chapter at Ferrari. He is currently on a 16-race streak without a podium finish for the Marenllo-based outfit.
