In Formula 1, Max Verstappen needs to be careful, as swearing is not allowed, or he will receive a heavy penalty from the FIA. But in the virtual world, the Dutchman can still swear as much as he likes without any problems, which was clear from a recent stream with Team Redline.
During a Team Redline sim race, Verstappen collided with teammate Enzo Bonito. The latter felt that the four-time F1 champion was to blame for the contact, while Verstappen felt that he was not to blame.
Verstappen could not help but swear on the stream: "What the fuck!?1", the Red Bull Racing driver shouted, saying that it was not his fault for the incident. However, after others reviewed the crash, he was told that it was his fault, and as a result, he had to go back behind Bonito.

Verstappen already had several controversial crashes in 2025. For instance, in a virtual race at the Daytona circuit, he honestly admitted to being guilty of a crash in the very first corner, driving himself and the race leader off the track. Verstappen apologised afterwards.
