Kush Maini snatched pole position from Rafael Camara in the closing stages of Formula 2 qualifying at the Hungaroring, with Noel Leon completing the top three. Below are the full results from the session.
The young Brazilian talent and Ferrari Driver Academy prospect looked set to claim another pole position, but the ART Grand Prix driver edged him out by a tenth of a second, setting a 1:28.896 to secure pole.
Leon was also right in the mix, finishing just a fraction behind Camara, while Durksen and Inthraphuvasak completed the top five.
It was a difficult qualifying session for championship leader Nikola Tsolov. The Red Bull Junior Team driver could only manage seventh, almost half a second off pole position, meaning he will line up on the fourth row of the grid for Sunday's feature race.
