One bombshell after another has been going off in the Formula 1 world lately. First, there was Lewis Hamilton's shocking switch from Mercedes to Ferrari, and then Red Bull Racing appeared to have launched an investigation into Christian Horner's alleged inappropriate behaviour. According to the latest rumours, this would relate to his working methods and would therefore not be of a personal nature.

'This is why Horner is under a magnifying glass'

It was previously suggested that the complaint, allegedly coming from a female staff member, was related to "extreme authoritarian behaviour" from the British team boss. However, Germany's Bild believed that Horner had allegedly sent photos to an employee of the team.
According to The Sun, that suggestion can be binned. Sources at the British tabloid say that the investigation relates to a female employee's concerns about Horner's "strict work regime", and is therefore not related to sexual transgressive behaviour.
"Christian had concerns about her conduct and made it clear he was unhappy. She went on to make a complaint about his ‘controlling’ behaviour, which detonated this crisis for the team," the British medium quotes an anonymous source within F1.
