RUMOUR: Kvyat agreed to make Toro Rosso-comeback in 2019

Former Toro Rosso and Red Bull driver Daniil Kvyat will make his return to F1 in 2019, sources have reported, as the Russian will be taking one of the two empty seats at the development team.
Kvyat was axed by Toro Rosso at the end of 2016 after the American Grand Prix, with Pierre Gasly completing the season for the team. It looked to be the end of Kvyat's F1-career, but Ferrari came knocking on his door to have him as a simulator testing driver, which is what he's been doing this season.
The signing of the 24-year-old shows the lack of talent currently in the Red Bull youth programme, with the Bulls considering a move for McLaren's Lando Norris earlier among others.
Motorsport reported that some sources tell them Kvyat is already signed, but when they talked to Helmut Marko, he wouldn't go as far.
“I would say he is more mature, but we are not in a hurry with Toro Rosso,” the Red Bull advisor told Motorsport.
