The lawsuit involving Christian Horner and a former Red Bull Racing employee was finalised with an out-of-court settlement, which, it has been reported, stands at a whopping £3 million value. Earlier in 2024, Horner found himself in the spotlight after reports emerged of his alleged involvement with the now former Red Bull employee, which saw the ousted
F1 boss accused of inappropriate behaviour.
Two investigations led by KC were conducted, with both acquitting Horner of any wrongdoing. Earlier in the year, reports suggested a hearing on the case was to be held around New Year's. It is now clear that this will no longer be the case.

Horner's accuser gets £3 million settlement payout
According to the Daily Mail, the former Red Bull staff member received a £3 million settlement, which brought all legal proceedings to an end.
The report further stated that upon reaching the settlement, the case has since been dropped. The British tabloid also stated that the employee in question was present at the Singapore Grand Prix in representation of the new Formula One team she now works for.
The former Red Bull employee isn’t the only one who has left the Red Bull outfit since the controversy broke out in 2024. Horner himself departed the Austrian F1 team in the days following the British Grand Prix.
The former Red Bull boss also received a massive severance payout valued at £60 million.

The British motorsport chief is now said to be seeking a way back into
Formula 1. During the Singapore Grand Prix, reports surfaced that Horner had contacted several teams about the possibility of joining them. Several
team principals also weighed in on the prospect of the former Red Bull chief joining their outfits in the future.
There have been several claims pointing to Horner opting to return to Formula 1 in an ownership capacity rather than in the role of team principal, the position he held at Red Bull for over two decades.
