Kimi Raikkonen did not like his teammate Antonio Giovinazzi to say the least after the Belgian Grand Prix. The Italian crashed, while the Finn put him under pressure.
Just before his crash in turn 13 at Spa-Francorchamps, Antonio Giovinazzi was instructed by his team to drive faster. Raikkonen, who was driving behind him at the time, felt held up by Giovinazzi and complained to his team over the radio. "I feel that I am faster than him, but I am stuck behind him", said the "Iceman".

Opportunities against Ferrari

Kimi saw opportunities for himself in this race and then said to his team: "I think we can challenge Ferrari. At least we can try". He did not get a hearing. Instead, Giovinazzi was ordered to go faster. Shortly afterwards, he lost control of his car, spinning and smashed the wall. George Russel couldn't avoid the flying wheel that came off the Alfa Romeo and he too ended up in the wall.
"He flew off", Raikkonen then reported on the radio coolly. "He should have f* cking let me pass."
