Spa-Francorchamps is known for being extremely fast. For a large part of a lap the drivers drive at full throttle and therefore the engine is relatively heavy. This weekend is also the seventh Grand Prix of the season and all these factors are the reason for many teams replacing their engine for the Belgian Grand Prix.
All Mercedes engines are replaced and get a new ICE, TC and MGU-H. However, George Russell is not included, as he has already received these new parts.

Nothing for Red Bull

Sebastian Vettel and Charles Leclerc will both get a new MGU-K, while Leclerc will also get a new ES and CE. For Alfa Romeo and Haas there are also a number of other parts that will be replaced, such as the TC and the ICE. These same parts are also new for Esteban Ocon and Lando Norris. For the Honda teams, i.e. Red Bull Racing and AlphaTauri, there are no new parts this week.
