Nurburgring. The
Red Bull Racing star, who was driving the
Ferrari 296 GT3 car, clinched the win with over 22 seconds together with teammate Chris Lulham.
Verstappen qualified in third place for the race and stormed to the lead on the opening lap of the event at the Green Hell. The outing by Verstappen attracted the plaudits of several individuals, including Frank Stippler, who finished in third place. The 50-year-old labelled Verstappen the best driver in the world.

Carlos Sainz, who achieved his first podium with the team in Azerbaijan, detailed how the seven-time champion used to be his idol prior to his venture into F1.
Sainz, who has had his fair share of battles with the British driver, recounted how he often admired Hamilton during his early years in
Formula 1. The 31-year-old also concluded by stressing that if he wasn’t competing in Formula 1, the Scuderia Ferrari driver would be among his idols.
Sainz was replaced at Scuderia Ferrari by Hamilton ahead of the commencement of the 2025 campaign.
