Max Verstappen was satisfied after winning on his GT3 race debut at the Nordschleife. "Ultimately, of course, I would love to compete in the 24-hour race. If that happens next year, I'd say so, but of course we still need more experience."

and did not look back after.
"Stints were great too; the car worked great in the dry again. I already knew that in qualifying, a bit of bad luck there, of course, but then in the race, yes, everything went well with the traffic," the Dutchman with his verdict.
"Yes, the two stints, I don't think there were any major mistakes. So, yes, of course, to then win here, the first time, it's great."
Verstappen drove the first two hours, handing over the Ferrari 296 GT3 to Chris Lulham for the second half of the race. The Dutchman also set the fastest lap on Saturday afternoon.

Verstappen wants to compete more at the Nordschleife
"Ultimately, of course, I would love to compete in the 24-hour race. If that happens next year, I'd say so, but of course we still need more experience.
"That's the way it is. Hopefully, I'll do more races next year as well in the NLS," he concluded.
On paper, Verstappen would be able to drive at the 24 Hours of Nürburgring next year based on the
F1 calendar. The event in Germany will take place in between the Miami and Canadian Grands Prix in 2026.
