F1 Full Results | Las Vegas FP1: Hamilton quickest, Mercedes shine

The two Mercedes drivers were the quickest in FP1 in Las Vegas. Lewis Hamilton finished the session in first place, while George Russell set the second fastest time.

Toto Wolff can be happy after the first practice session. Hamilton was the quickest driver on both the medium and the soft tyres in the 'Sin City'. The Briton's fastest lap time was a 1:35.001. Russell finished in P2, while Lando Norris was faster than his championship rival Max Verstappen. The Briton finished in P3, while Verstappen was fifth.

Charles Leclerc was the quicker of the two Ferrari drivers, as he finished in P4, while Carlos Sainz was sixth.
