Marco Bezzecchi won the MotoGP Indonesian Grand Prix. His teammate, Jorge Martin, finished in third place, and, as a result, reclaimed the championship lead from Marc Marquez.
Unlike at the start of the Sprint, there were no incidents into Turn 1. After the opening few corners, Raul Fernandez led the race, while Marc Marquez had moved up to third place.
After overtaking Fabio Di Giannantonio and following Fermin Aldeguer's crash, Martin found himself behind his championship rival Marquez on Lap 3. On the same lap, the Aprilia rider overtook the defending world champion.
After winning the Sprint a day ago, today's race then turned into damage limitation for Marquez. He was also overtaken by Pedro Acosta and Ai Ogura, and crossed the finish line in sixth place.
Meanwhile, at the front, Bezzecchi made the race-winning move on Raul Fernandez on Lap 19, while Martin comfortably finished in third place. During the final laps, Ogura also managed to overtake Acosta, which meant that all four Aprilia bikes finished in the top four today.

In terms of the riders' standings, this means that Martin is now two points ahead of Marquez, and 46 points ahead of Bezzecchi.
