Ferrari expected to bring very first major upgrade ahead of Austrian GP

Having started the season with the ambition of fighting for both world titles after losing the Constructors’ Championship to McLaren last year, Ferrari soon found itself dealing with an SF-25 that has proven significantly lacking in performance.
Ferrari's engineers radically overhauled the SF-25 compared to its predecessor, but so far, the results have not vindicated the new design philosophy.
However, the Italian outfit has no intention of standing still as 2026 approaches, and is determined to respond swiftly. According to recent reports, Ferrari will introduce a new floor specific this weekend in Spielberg and Red Bull's home race.

A casual remark from Helmut Marko spoils Lindblad’s future in Formula 1?

It once seemed unthinkable to see Arvid Lindblad behind the wheel of a Formula 1 car as early as this year, but the granting of an FIA super licence — combined with the ever-present threat of a race ban looming over Max Verstappen — has made the scenario far less unrealistic.
A few days ago, Lindblad took to the track for the first time behind the wheel of a Formula 1 car at Imola, driving a previous-season Racing Bulls. The Londoner is also expected to participate in some FP1 sessions during the year, but according to Helmut Marko, there might be even more in store for him. The Austrian joked about it but a potential F1 debut for the young driver is not to discard.
