A day in the life of Verstappen and Albon

Formula 1 drivers seem to have a perfect job, but it isn't just sunshine and rainbows for them. There's a lot to do during a race weekend, as Red Bull Racing show during a regular day in the lives of Max Verstappen and Alexander Albon.

Even though the points are only scored on Sunday, a lot of work has to be done in the days before. Not only by the team but also by the drivers.

For the Belgian Grand Prix, the Red Bull Racing camera team follows the daily routine of Verstappen and Albon. From early in the morning meetings are held with the team, the optimal balance is sought in the practice sessions and of course conversations are held with the media and videos are recorded for the fans.
