Hamilton reacts to P2 on the radio: "Did anyone improve?"

Lewis Hamilton didn't get pole position in the Mexican Grand Prix. The seven-time world champion was beaten by teammate Valtteri Bottas who ran off with the pole position, but the Brit was still surprised to beat Red Bull.

Hamilton asked his engineer if there was anyone who could improve on his time. This was not the case. Bottas managed to gain some time in sector one, but his full lap was not faster than his first.

Hamilton is told that it was very close between him and Bottas. Verstappen was unable to improve and will start Sunday's race from third position.
