The Prime Minister of the UK, Sir Keir Starmer, hosted Stefano Domenicali and 150 F1 personnel at Downing Street. British presence in Formula 1 is very high, with seven of the 10 teams having bases within the country.
This presence will only develop as 10 of the 11 teams will have a base in the UK in 2026, with Ferrari the only exception.
The meeting was arranged due to Formula 1's 75th anniversary celebrations ahead of this weekend's
British Grand Prix.
There were a multitude of key figures at Downing Street, including Oliver Bearman, Alex Albon, and Williams team boss James Vowles, among others.

Domenicali says the UK is "the home of our sport"
F1's CEO and President Domenicali was delighted to visit the Prime Minister and said: "A special thank you to the Prime Minister for inviting us here today to this famous and historic setting.
"We have an incredible week ahead at the British Grand Prix with nearly half a million fans coming to cheer on their heroes. This country is passionate about Formula 1 and motorsport, and we are very proud of this.
“75 years ago, Formula 1 started here in the UK at Silverstone in 1950. Since then, is has become a British institution with deep roots and a huge contribution to the country.
“This is the home of our sport, and we want that to continue, as I know you and your government are committed to."
Formula 1 also contributes around £12 billion to the UK economy each year while more than 6,000 people are employed.
The UK Prime Minister added: "We have an incredible week ahead at the British Grand Prix with nearly half a million fans coming to cheer on their heroes.
"This country is passionate about Formula 1 and motorsport, and we are very proud of this."
