Italian journal Corriere dello Sport reports turmoil in Ferrari after their lowly outing in Singapore, with a conversation involving Fréderic Vasseur escalating into a tense discussion, and resentment from a portion of the engineering staff toward Charles Leclerc.
According to the Italian publication it seems that after what was another poor outing in Singapore where the Scuderia failed to deliver on their car's potential, a conversation between someone who is described as "a very capable head of track engineering," and team principal Frédéric Vasseur, escalated into a tense discussion.
The Italian journal also states that there is growing discontent from the engineers' side toward Charles Leclerc, for "his uncompromising criticism" of the Ferrari SF-25 car.
After the race, Leclerc said that Mercedes was right up there McLaren, who'd also been joined by Red Bull at the top. Regarding Ferrari, Leclerc ended with a crushing: "And then there's us."
Corriere, after listing the number of reported quarrels inside the Maranello-based squad, then puts forward a claim that seems to pose as a warning as well. In essence: This Ferrari team is the one in charge of designing the car that will carry Ferrari's aspirations for the next five years, suggesting the future does not bode so well for the Italian outfit.

Hamilton believes in Ferrari, Leclerc does too

Shortly after the race, Hamilton took to social media to provide a recap of the trials he'd face throughout the week, and to issue a love declaration to Ferrari.
Although there have been rumours that place Leclerc searching for a new team to tie his luck in with should Ferrari not put a title contending car together in 2026, the recently held talks between McLaren and his entourage were not about him at all.
