Red Bull motorsport advisor Dr Helmut Marko has hit out at Pierre Gasly, criticising the Frenchman's attitude compared to his teammate, Max Verstappen.
Gasly has hit a rough patch of form since joining Red Bull from Toro Rosso. Having impressed in 2018 at the junior team, Gasly was given the call to replace Daniel Ricciardo as the Australian moved to Renault for the new season.
Since joining the main Red Bull team, the 23-year-old has been a long way off of the pace of his teammate, something that has incurred the wrath of the notoriously unforgiving Marko.
"We told Gasly that he should use the Verstappen setting," Marko told Auto Motor und Sport.
"He has to adapt it to his driving style. He should concentrate on driving and not constantly tell Mr Newey how to build the car for him."

Gasly slumped to an 11th place finish at his home race last weekend at Paul Ricard, while Verstappen found himself just outside the podium in fourth. The stark contrasts in form may see the Frenchman given the unceremonious boot from the team.
