Kimi Raikkonen claims Maurizio Arrivabene is the best boss he's driven for in his career. Despite recent troubles and mistakes, Raikkonen believes Arrivabene is the best man for the job and will end the title drought soon.
The Ferrari team have been given some stick over recent weeks for mistakes which have led to Sebastian Vettel losing the title. Raikkonen, who will leave Ferrari at the end of this season, insists Arrivabene will sort it out.
"I believe that in the last three seasons Ferrari has taken the right path, now Ferrari is in good hands. Arrivabene is the best boss I have ever raced for, he is the right man for this job, and he is doing well," Raikkonen told La Gazzetta.
After 151 races for Ferrari, Raikkonen will move back to Sauber where he started his career. Only Michael Schumacher has raced more Grands Prix in the red car. Raikkonen admits it is a privilege to have driven for Ferrari.
“It is certainly a privilege to drive for them because in any corner of the world they know what Ferrari is, they know its history, its tradition. Being part of it has made me proud," Raikkonen added.
