Kevin Magnussen says current Formula 1 cars too good to find problems with

Haas driver Kevin Magnussen believes the current-spec of Formula 1 cars are too good to pinpoint any serious problems with, due to them handling so well.

At the end of the 2017 season, the aerodynamic and tyre rules were tweaked to try and make the current-spec of F1 cars that bit faster. This has ensured the cars feel a lot better turning corners than they have ever before.

However, this is also a slight issue according to Magnussen, who believes the current F1 cars are so good at handling that it is tricky to troubleshoot exactly where the issues are in the machinery.

"I think these cars have so much grip and so much downforce that you can always get it to do more or less than you want," the Danish driver said to Motorsport.com. "It's all really just down to the overall grip. You can always get it to behave well.
