There may be no Formula 1 race on the schedule for Max Verstappen this week, but it once again dones't mean he won't be racing at all. The Dutchman is taking part in an online charity race, raising money for Mind, a mental health organisation. Last year, Verstappen also participated, but it came as a surprise to those competing. Race organiser and online content creator Jimmy Boradbent spoke to Forbes about Verstappen's previous participation.
There won't be any Formula 1 until November 21, when it roars back to life around the streets of Las Vegas. There is one more triple header to go before the season ends. After his victory in Brazil, it's possible that Verstappen could become champion as early as the next race.

'He competed incogntio'

The reigning champion will spend his weekend competing in 'The Race for Mental Health'. He also participated last year. "I don't go after people, if they want to come take part, they want to come take part,” Broadbent said. “For Max [Verstappen], he actually turned up last year sort of incognito in another team.
"I didn't know he was racing until he was on track with us. And not only did he compete, but he donated quite a large chunk of his own money as well to the cause, which is amazing." The creator concluded. Verstappen, who won't be incognito this year, will be hoping to enjoy himself in the race once again, all for a very important cause.
