Cadillac continue to prepare for its debut season in F1 by signing former Miami Grand Prix president and "visionary", Tyler Epp.
"I can’t think of a more exciting and promising opportunity to galvanise our sport."

Epp will become the global head of commercial strategy at the American team, leading their commercial operations as they enter the pinnacle of motorsport.
The work done by Epp while president of the Miami Grand Prix has seen sold-out crowds at the Florida race, as well as negotiating a contract extension that keeps the Grand Prix on the calendar until 2041.
"We could not have found a better leader and visionary to build out the commercial arm of our team,” explained Dan Towriss, CEO of the Cadillac F1 team.

"His work shaping the Miami Grand Prix into one of the marquee events on the Formula 1 calendar demonstrates his unique command of the sport domestically and worldwide."
"I’ve spent so much of my career in racing, and the past several years helping redefine what American motorsports can be," Epp said on his move to Cadillac.
"I can’t think of a more exciting and promising opportunity to galvanise our sport in the United States and beyond than this one. I’m incredibly proud to join this effort from the very beginning."

Epp becomes another name added to Cadillac

Epp, who has worked with the Kansas City Chiefs of the NFL, as well as director of team operations and business development at Chip Ganassi Racing, generated some of the largest TV audiences for F1 in US TV history thanks to his work in Miami.
With Cadillac bringing in Epp, it is a move that sees the American team continue to attract established names to build themselves into the F1 world.
After already bringing in Graeme Lowdon as team principal and Pat Symonds as technical advisor, Cadillac also signed former chief executive of Audi Formula Racing, Adam Baker.
"Tyler has a proven track record of cultivating organisations that set the standard in Formula 1, and I’m confident his operational expertise will be a critical asset to our organisation," Lowdon stated about Epp.
Along with the big names to their top team, Cadillac also made a statement with the signings of Valtteri Bottas and Sergio Perez to make up their driver lineup for next season.
