Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez have a new exhaust system for the Australian Grand Prix. Red Bull is giving this fresh part to all the brand's drivers, including Daniel Ricciardo and Yuki Tsunoda.

Ahead of the first free practice session in Australia, the FIA announced that all Red Bull drivers will drive with a new exhaust. Drivers are allowed to use eight exhausts in one season without picking up a penalty, so with the second exhaust in the third Grand Prix of the season, the drivers are still fine.

Why Albon's crash is extra annoying

Logan Sargeant makes it more exciting in that respect. He gets a new Energy Store and Control Electronics from Mercedes. These engine parts may only be replaced once, and needing a third part earns you a grid penalty.

Pierre Gasly and Alexander Albon will drive with a new gearbox at Albert Park. For Albon, it is to be hoped that it was not directly damaged in the crash in FP1, as, in total, drivers are allowed to use five gearboxes in an entire season.
