Helmut Marko has declined to comment on who should succeed him at Red Bull Racing, describing it as a decision for the team to make, in conversation with GPblog. Speaking exclusively to GPblog, Marko confirmed that he has fully stepped down from his duties at Red Bull. His replacement in the advisory role remains unclear, with Marko deliberately staying out of the decision. "There haven't been any further discussions, and that is a decision up to Red Bull," he stated.

Will Vettel return to F1?
Vettel indicated that he still harbours a deep love for the sport and does not rule out returning in another role, provided the right opportunity arises. “I know the guys as well, so I am still close in that way, and if I don’t know if the right opportunity, position, perspective, whatever turns out, maybe there’s a role that I could be happy to step up to, but time will tell,” concluded the four-time world champion.
Does Marko see Vettel as his successor?
GPblog further asked Marko whether Vettel would be a good candidate in his view. Marko refused to be drawn into a statement: "I don't, you know, I'm out, and I don't interfere from the outside."
With Marko’s departure, one of the most influential eras in Formula 1 comes to an end. Marko played a crucial role in building not only the
F1 team but also the Red Bull Junior Team, and he was co-responsible for the successes of, among others,
Sebastian Vettel and Max Verstappen.
