Reason for the dismissal of the woman who accused Horner revealed, as she leaves latest F1 job

The woman who accused Christian Horner of inappropriate conduct is reportedly said to have lost her latest job in Formula 1 because of a 'lack of discretion'. According to the Daily Mail, her former manager consequently lost confidence in her. GPblog reported last year that, after leaving Red Bull, the woman had joined Cadillac, where she worked for CEO Dan Towriss.
It was already known that the woman has since lost her job in motorsport. However, the precise reason for her departure remained unclear. According to the Daily Mail, her new manager, with whom she worked closely, lost confidence in her because of a 'lack of discretion'. The reports do not make clear exactly what the woman allegedly did to lose her employer's trust.
According to a source cited by the British newspaper, the woman was told shortly before her scheduled flight to Budapest that her services were no longer required. She was about to travel to the Hungarian Grand Prix, which was won by Lando Norris. The employer declined to comment substantively on the matter to the Daily Mail. "We do not comment on personnel matters," was the statement.

Woman accused Horner of inappropriate conduct

The woman previously made headlines after accusing the former Red Bull team principal of inappropriate conduct. Horner denied the allegations and was cleared by Red Bull following an internal investigation. A subsequent appeal also failed to produce a different outcome.

It is not known whether the alleged breach of trust at her new employer is connected to the earlier issue involving Horner.
