As it is known, Max Verstappen will be driving for the Red Bull Racing team again next year. The team has seen a number of key figures leave over the past few years, but they are aiming to get back on track.
On the LinkedIn page of the team from Milton-Keynes, it can be seen that there are quite a few vacancies to fill the gaps. There are mainly vacancies in the team's technical department. Among other things, they are searching for a new chief strategist. The position became available after it was revealed that Will Courtaney will be transferring to McLaren. It is normal for every Formula 1 team to have a lot of vacancies.

Successes for former Red Bull staff at other teams
Adrian Newey has gone to Aston Martin and is working on the development of the 2026 car. Jonathan Wheatley switched to Sauber to become the team manager. He recently achieved his first podium in Formula 1, and Nico Hulkenberg finished third at the British Grand Prix. Rob Marshall also switched and has had great successes with McLaren so far.
