Red Bull shared on social media a motivational speech from Laurent Mekies to the team during the Mexican GP weekend. "I don't think we should change anything to what we are doing. Press the reset button again. It's maximum focus again"
- Laurent MekiesAfter gathering the whole team ahead of the Mexican GP weekend, the Frenchman took a moment to share a few motivational words with the crew: "Where to start? It's an easy one, no?"
"I think we're wrong to forget how hard it is to win. You guys know it very well. It was a masterclass, but you guys have done it in Austin. I don't think we should change anything to what we are doing. Press the reset button again. It's maximum focus again."
He finally added: "People ask us if we are thinking of the championship. No, we are not thinking of the championship. We see race by race, and we even think session by session. So that's what we do."

Verstappen sets his sights on the Brazilian GP
The four-time world champion comes off a third-place finish in Mexico, which allowed him to close in on Oscar Piastri but, at the same time, lose ten points to Lando Norris, who has now taken over as the new championship leader.
Verstappen heads into Brazil 36 points off the top, with four weekends and two sprint races remaining — one of which will take place this weekend in Interlagos. It’s a track where the Dutchman has historically excelled, including last year’s extraordinary charge from 17th on the grid to take victory.
