Mekies delivers impromptu motivational speech as title fight 'heats up'

Red Bull shared on social media a motivational speech from Laurent Mekies to the team during the Mexican GP weekend.

After gathering the whole team ahead of the Mexican GP weekend, the Frenchman took a moment to share a few motivational words with the crew: "Where to start? It's an easy one, no?"
"I think we're wrong to forget how hard it is to win. You guys know it very well. It was a masterclass, but you guys have done it in Austin. I don't think we should change anything to what we are doing. Press the reset button again. It's maximum focus again."
He finally added: "People ask us if we are thinking of the championship. No, we are not thinking of the championship. We see race by race, and we even think session by session. So that's what we do."
