Marko has every faith in 2021: 'We are certainly not afraid of that'

Red Bull Racing finally wants to compete for the world title in 2021, but with Aston Martin, Ferrari, Renault and McLaren, there is also a threat of losing it. However, Helmut Marko is not worried about that.
Mercedes were often too fast for the Austrian team in 2020 and the midfield behind them were often a lot slower. At least for Max Verstappen, because Alexander Albon was more often than not to be found in the hustle and bustle of the midfield.

Marko is not afraid

Not much is being adapted to the cars of 2021, so it is expected that the ranking will remain fairly the same. Red Bull hopes to be able to make the step to Mercedes, but with the chasing crowd behind it, Red Bull may have to look back as well. But Marko does not want that.
''It is difficult to say whether McLaren, Aston Martin or Ferrari will be the most dangerous opponent. However, I am convinced that we will be driving together with Mercedes at the front. At least, that is what I hope. The others will be a little behind, but we are certainly not afraid of them," Marko said to La Gazzetta Dello Sport.
