This morning Charles Leclerc startled Maranello with a ride through the city. In Ferrari's latest challenger for 2020, Leclerc has finally got some extra meters before the 2020 season starts.

Leclerc wakes up Maranello with a tour of the city

In the early hours of Thursday morning Leclerc sent out his new Ferrari for a lap through Maranello. On his social channels he says: ''Good morning Maranello. Sorry if I woke you up, but I was on my way to work'', Leclerc said on Twitter.

All kinds of images of Leclerc's laps appear online in the meantime. Of course Leclerc wasn't really able to test in Maranello, but it's strange, because outside a filming day a current Formula 1 car can't be used. How and if Ferrari got permission to do so, remains a question..
