Championship contenders Lando Norris and Max Verstappen will share the front row of the grid at the Las Vegas Grand Prix. Norris claimed pole position for the third time in a row this season at the
Las Vegas Street Circuit in tricky conditions. The championship leader finished around three tenths ahead of Verstappen. Entering the race, 49 points separate these two drivers.
Carlos Sainz was on form in the United States, as the Spaniard will line up on the second row of the grid alongside
George Russell.

The third championship contender,
Oscar Piastri, will line up in fifth place alongside Liam Lawson. Fernando Alonso is set to start from seventh place, with rookie Isack Hadjar alongside him. During the last night race in Singapore, the two had a fiery battle.
The lead Ferrari driver is
Charles Leclerc, who finished ninth. The Monegasque driver talked at length after the session
about the Scuderia's issues in wet conditions. Pierre Gasly completes the top 10 in the Alpine.
Several big names were already eliminated in Q1 in Sin City.
Kimi Antonelli will start from P17, while the final row is made up of
Yuki Tsunoda and seven-time world champion
Lewis Hamilton, who finished qualifying in last place.
The Grand Prix begins at 20:00 local time on Saturday night, which is 04:00 in the morning in the United Kingdom.
