Horner believes Verstappen brings out the best in the garage "They believe in Max"

Max Verstappen had a standout year in 2019, winning three races and achieving his first pole position. Christian Horner believes he brings the best out of the entire garage.

Verstappen finished third in the Drivers' Championship last season, as he won races in Austria, Germany and Brazil. He also achieved his maiden pole position at the Hungarian Grand Prix. These factors made him a contender for the driver of the year.

One man who knows him very well is Christian Horner and the Red Bull principal admits Max brings out the best in the team because they believe in him.

"Max has no ego problems, is very accessible and therefore so popular in the garage and with the company," Horner tolds the Formule 1 Magazine.
