Lewis Hamilton's messages over the team radio have been brought up on multiple occasions so far since he joined Ferrari. After in Monaco it seemed like there were issues again, the seven-time explained what happened.
For the first time in years, Hamilton is no longer working with Peter Bonnington (also known as Bono), who stayed at Mercedes and is now in Kimi Antonelli's ears during the weekends. In Barcelona, the seven-time world champion was asked about his relationship with his current race engineer, Riccardo Adami.
"There's a lot of speculation, I mean, most of it is BS. Ultimately, we have a great relationship. He's been amazing to work with. He's a great guy, working so hard. We both are," the British driver began to GPblog among others.
"And we don't always get it right every weekend. Do we have disagreements? Like everyone does in relationships but we work through them."

Hamilton continued: "We're both in it together, we both want to win a championship together, we're both working towards lifting the team up. So it's just all noise and we don't really pay any attention to it. It can continue if you want but it doesn't make any difference to the job that we're trying to do."
After the Monaco Grand Prix, after Hamilton asked Adami whether he is angry with him, it seemed like he received no answer. He cleared that up in Barcelona. "It was just literally just there was areas that we just had radio problems through the race. Didn't get all the information that I wanted. And yes, we spoke about it."
