Hamilton reacts to Perez move: "Red Bull is going to be a bigger threat"

With Sergio Perez as a team mate of Max Verstappen, Red Bull Racing hopes to get closer to Mercedes next year. Lewis Hamilton expects their chances to be better with Perez.
Hamilton expects more rivalry from Red Bull
Hamilton gives his view on Red Bull's move at the press conference for the digital FIA Prize Giving gala. "With all due respect to Alex, in the races we've had it has always been Valtteri and me against Max."
He also remembers a time when he didn't have much on his teammate. "I was also in Max's position when I drove the leading car at McLaren and didn't race the second car. That's when Ferrari could make things difficult for us with their strategy".
So he thinks the fight with Red Bull Racing is going to be a lot harder. "It goes without saying that this will make Red Bull stronger, especially when you see how well Sergio is doing. I think it's going to be an exciting fight between him and Max, and that will make things a lot harder for us as a team," said Hamilton.
