Ferrari announce launch date for their 2020 car

Ferrari have announced their launch date for their 2020. The Italian team will reveal their car early in February, a date which is a lot earlier than many were expecting.

There are no rule changes for 2020, so the new car will be a further development of the current package. Ferrari will hope that they can perform better than they have this season and that they can genuinely challenge for the world championship.

"I expect that we will be the first to unveil the car. After the unveiling, we want to get ready immediately for the test days, so that we can already achieve a good level there," Binotto said in a statement.

Ferrari will unveil the car on 11 February, making it the first on the calendar, eight days prior to the first test in Barcelona.

Teams are expected to start to announce their dates for their new cars and it will be interesting to see if there are any changes to the teams livery's.
