Formula 1 drivers look back on their 2025 season

Among the first to reflect on his 2025 was Charles Leclerc, coming off a bittersweet season with Ferrari in terms of results, but one filled with personal milestones — including his engagement to girlfriend Alexandra Saint Mleux. Here’s how the Monegasque summed up his year on social media.
Max Verstappen also took stock of his year — a season in which he lost his world champion crown to Lando Norris, yet still won over fans and was voted Driver of the Season by both his fellow drivers and the team principals. The Dutchman also took the opportunity to thank his supporters for their unwavering backing throughout the year.
Williams’ drivers also made sure to check in on social media on New Year’s Eve, with Carlos Sainz in particular sharing a carousel of unseen photos that hadn’t been posted over the course of the year, while Alex Albon spent the break enjoying some downtime on holiday with his partner.
