The Formula 1 championship standings have been updated following the British Grand Prix Sprint Race, with Kimi Antonelli taking victory at the iconic Silverstone circuit.
Mercedes' Antonelli has seen his lead extended in the Drivers' standings with his win on Saturday - the Italian got ahead of pole-sitter Hamilton on Lap 8 of what was a thrilling 17-lap Sprint. His Mercedes teammate George Russell has seen his grip on P2 in the standings reduced after his P4 finish.
As for the Constructors’ Standings, Mercedes maintain their lead in the title fight, but it was decent points haul for their rivals following Hamilton's P2, and McLaren's Lando Norris filling the final podium spot.
Behind the podium spots, Russell crossed the line in fourth, ahead of Leclerc and Verstappen respectively, to make up the front six. Rounding up the final points positions were Oscar Piastri and Liam Lawson in P7 and P8, respectively.
