Horner gets full blast on Instagram after post about exit of 'friend' Newey

In Red Bull's press release, Horner thanked his 'friend' Newey for the successful collaboration. "The past 19 years with Adrian have been extremely enjoyable. When Adrian joined Red Bull, he was already a superstar designer for me. Now, two decades and 13 championships later, he leaves as a true legend. He is not only my colleague but also my friend, and I will be eternally grateful to him for everything he has contributed to our collaboration."

According to rumours, internal unrest within Red Bull is the reason for Newey's departure. The top designer reportedly no longer feels comfortable with all that is currently going on and has therefore reportedly decided to take on a new challenge. Fans are therefore accusing Horner on social media of being the instigator of Newey's departure.
