The reveal marks Mercedes’ first public step into the new regulatory era, defined by all-new chassis rules, a redesigned power unit, revised aerodynamic regulations and the introduction of advanced sustainable fuels.
Following the launch, Mercedes will head to Barcelona for the first of three pre-season tests, running from 26–30 January, where the W17 will complete its initial on-track mileage. Preparations continue with a digital season launch event on Monday 2 February, featuring Toto Wolff, George Russell, Kimi Antonelli and senior technical staff.
