Carmen Montero Mundt and George Russell attend wedding together

After a doubleheader with the Emilia-Romagna and the Monaco Grand Prix, Formula One drivers did have some free time away from the circuit. Lando Norris visited Wembley for the Champions League final, and Fernando Alonso met up with his former team principal Flavio Briatore. George Russell also took some time to fuel his energy level back up. Here is how the Briton spent his weekend!

Together with his girlfriend, Carmen Montero Mundt, Russell went to Jerez de la Frontera to be present at a wedding, the pair shared on their Instagrams. In his post, the Mercedes driver wrote: "Un fin de semana en España" ["A weekend in Spain"]. It was Mundt's best friend who got married.
