Norris: Can't describe how much better I feel this week

Lando Norris struggled with tonsillitis last weekend in Spain, which severely affected his ability to drive in both qualifying and the race in Catalunya. Questions were even asked about his involvement in this weekend's Monaco GP. Although those have now been answered.

The Brit spoke with Sky Sports after Friday's running and spoke about how much better he is feeling than he did last week "I am not 100% still but I can't describe how much better I am than this time last week. Like 99% gone... 90% gone let's say just struggling with my throat and coughs"

Norris continued in his interview "I am in a much better position and I can enjoy and concentrate when I am driving and so on. It's been a decent first day in Monaco, so I am happy" which is a great sign for the McLaren driver as he heads into a busy Saturday and then Sunday as he looks to continue his battle for 'best of the rest'
