Red Bull Racing had a catastrophic weekend in Austria. Both Max Verstappen and Yuki Tsunoda scored no points. However, Racing Bulls, the Austrian outfit's sister squad, had amuch better outing in Spielberg, leaving Red Bull with a rather painful stat.
Both Liam Lawson and Isack Hadjar have now passed Yuki Tsunoda in the world championship standings. Since the Japanese Grand Prix, Tsunoda was promoted to drive for the main team but has only managed to score seven points since then. Tsunoda's total tally stands at ten points, including the three points he scored with Racing Bulls. The Japanese driver also failed to score any points in Austria.

Very painful Red Bull Racing stat following the Austrian Grand Prix

Liam Lawson achieved an excellent result after a strong qualifying session in Austria. The New Zealander finished in P6, thus scoring 8 points. These points officially put him ahead of Tsunoda in the standings, with 12 points overall to the New Zealander's name.
Although Isack Hadjar did not finish in a points-scoring position in Spielberg, crossing the line in twelfth place, the Frenchman has been ahead of the Red Bull Racing driver in the standings for some time. Hadjar's tally is at 21 points, making him the leader among these three drivers.

The real leader of the Red Bull family is Max Verstappen. However, the Dutchman had a disastrous weekend in Austria. Due to a yellow flag during the third part of the qualifying, he was unable to complete his final fast lap. As a result, Verstappen had to start from P7. Then, due to a misjudgment by Andrea Kimi Antonelli he was driven off the track, ending his race prematurely. Verstappen leaves Austria with no points. Both Christian Horner and Helmut Marko have thus lost faith in the world championship title.
