Ferrari stalwart, ex-mechanic Francesco Cigarini, urged the Scuderia to listen more to
Lewis Hamilton's input. His feedback, comprising years of inside knowledge as to how winning teams such as McLaren and Mercedes work, given their organisational approach and their structures, very different to Ferrari's, would ultimately help the team.
The ex-Ferrari man also argued that even if the results are yet to come, the Maranello-based outfit would be wise to take in Hamilton's car feedback. Given what Cigarini interprets as Hamilton needing a 'more solid car', the Italian claims that if the team listens to Hamilton more, his teammate
Charles Leclerc -whom Cigarini thinks always drives 'on egg shells - would also benefit from the resulting car.
